Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pharmacy operations and personnel across assigned units
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability

- Oversee staff training, performance management, and professional development

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Minimum four (4) years experience in pharmacy management or healthcare leadership
- Professional certification preferred
- Residency in Delta, Enugu, Kano, or Oyo States
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
