Job Overview
We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring our systems align with organizational objectives and drive operational efficiency across Cordance and our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend technology solutions that enhance productivity
- Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to implement and optimize business systems
- Provide training and support to end-users on new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruptions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles
- Strong proficiency with ERP, CRM, and enterprise software platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
