Job Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operational success of the Powerstar Supermarket branch in Nairobi, Kenya. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance in alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of supermarket staff to achieve performance goals.
