Job Overview
This role involves supporting LemFi's AML operations by conducting investigations, assessing risks, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the compliance program. The Analyst will play a crucial part in safeguarding the company against financial crime.Key Responsibilities
- Conducting AML and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) reviews and investigations.
- Monitoring transactions for suspicious activity.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance concerns.
- Generating reports on AML activities and findings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in AML and/or CDD compliance.
- Experience within a fintech, financial institution, or advisory/audit company.
- Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools.
