Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. You will be instrumental in defining best practices, ensuring scalability, and delivering high-quality, robust digital experiences for our clients.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development.
- Proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, and OSGi.
- Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
