Job Overview
OFID is looking to fill three senior-level positions to enhance its risk management and legal oversight capabilities. The successful candidates will play pivotal roles in shaping and implementing OFID's strategic objectives in their respective domains, contributing significantly to the institution's operational excellence and impact.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks for credit and enterprise risks.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in public sector transactions and matters.
- Develop, review, and update risk policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Lead and manage teams of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including member countries and financial institutions.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organization.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in a senior role within a development finance institution, international organization, or relevant private sector entity.
- Demonstrated expertise in credit and enterprise risk assessment, mitigation, and management.
- Proven track record in public sector legal advisory and transactional work.
- In-depth knowledge of international development finance, legal frameworks, and risk policies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
