Job Overview
Contemporary Group Limited (CGL) is seeking to fill three distinct senior-level positions within its project management and engineering departments in Lagos State. These roles are crucial for the successful execution and supervision of complex infrastructure and building projects.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage structural integrity and design compliance for construction projects.
- Provide expert supervision for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems during the construction phase.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).
- Professional engineering registration/licensure.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or resident engineering roles.
- Proven track record in supervising large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
