About
The Dubai Business Associates Program is a nine month, immersive experience that combines academic learning with hands on professional practice. Using an experiential and project based learning model, associates develop consulting expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of how global businesses operate.
The program is carefully structured to integrate technical business knowledge, soft skills development, and practical workplace exposure.

The Dubai Business Associates Program is delivered through the following components:
Academic business modules
Professional placements with Dubai based companies
Strategy and consulting projects
Throughout the program, associates also participate in masterclasses led by CEOs and industry leaders, attend cultural events and excursions, and receive personalized guidance from both a career coach and a life coach.
