Job Overview

The Warehouse Officer will oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing losses, and ensuring that our high-quality products reach our wholesale and supermarket partners across Nigeria in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
• Organize and maintain stock levels within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Implement and enforce inventory management procedures to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or in a similar logistics/inventory management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
