Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Change Enablement will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for Cox Automotive Fleet initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across various levels of the organization to ensure seamless transitions and maximize the impact of our strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic change management plans for key fleet initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential change barriers.
- Design and deliver effective communication and training strategies.
- Engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and adoption.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Coach and support project teams and leaders through the change process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
