Job Overview

As a UI/UX Product Designer at Zhongxin Network Technology, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital products that connect and empower our users. You will translate complex user needs and business objectives into elegant, functional, and visually appealing interfaces. This role demands a blend of creative artistry and strategic thinking, ensuring our products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly usable and effective in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
* Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and product architecture.
* Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
* Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics to continuously improve user experience.
* Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
* Champion user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to inspire innovation.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design best practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
