Job Overview
The Teller will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our financial transactions and contributing to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
- Cashing checks and verifying customer identification.
- Balancing the cash drawer daily.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving basic account issues.
- Promoting company products and services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Teller or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
