Job Overview

flow | Costa Rica is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist II to join our Governance and Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our platform, providing expert technical assistance to internal teams and external users. This position is remote-eligible for candidates located in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform governance and operational processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to users via various communication channels.
  • Document support procedures, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and escalate recurring issues.
  • Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption of platform features.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on platform administration or operations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
