Job Overview

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Ibadan outlet, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to So Fresh’s brand standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff, inventory, and customer experiences to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Ibadan outlet, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of outlet staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all So Fresh quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and monitor inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
• Passion for healthy food and a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
