Job Overview

The Technical Stores Officer will oversee the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of aircraft parts, components, and technical materials. You will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards while optimizing our stores management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and issuance of aircraft spare parts and technical materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering departments on parts requirements
• Ensure proper storage conditions and component preservation standards
• Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests
• Comply with aviation safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Secondary education minimum; aviation or logistics certification preferred
• 3+ years experience in aircraft maintenance stores or logistics
• Knowledge of aviation spare parts and inventory management
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
