Job Overview
UsAt Simon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and exceeding sales targets within the Malaysian market. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and expand customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within a B2B technology or services environment.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and market dynamics.
