Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle at MCPL. This includes developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance MCPL’s appeal as an employer of choice.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role, preferably within a large-scale logistics or FMCG company.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
