Job Overview
The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within their designated territory. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Develop and execute effective sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Ensure product availability and effective merchandising at point of sale.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage sales team activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership and team management, preferably within the FMCG sector in Nigeria.
Strong understanding of sales principles and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using sales management tools and software.
