Job Overview

The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock rotation, and the accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and supporting the smooth functioning of our retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Organize and maintain stock within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Implement stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Liaise with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
