Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fixer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in constructing, assembling, and maintaining steel structures and reinforcement systems across our farming facilities. This position requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble steel structures according to engineering specifications
• Install reinforcement bars and steel frameworks for farm infrastructure projects
• Inspect and maintain existing steel structures for safety and durability
• Collaborate with construction and project teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Troubleshoot structural issues and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and construction techniques
• Relevant certification or vocational training
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
