Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Engineer to play a pivotal role in our product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions across our technology stack.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement product features.
  • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the performance and reliability of our platform.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to our stack (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Ruby).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and API design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be located in São Paulo, Brazil.
