Job Overview

The Membership/Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities and member affiliations that enhance the Churchgate Group’s presence and profitability within Nigeria. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive membership growth and strengthen business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential new members and business partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies for member acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business development avenues.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective members and clients.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and membership contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new members and partners.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or membership management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
