Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to oversee and manage all aspects of our tax compliance and advisory functions. This role is critical in ensuring the company adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations in Nigeria, optimizing tax strategies, and mitigating tax risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file all statutory tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Conduct tax research and provide expert advice on tax implications of business decisions.
  • Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to enhance tax efficiency.
  • Review and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise stakeholders accordingly.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate tax.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
