With an extensive network encompassing over 100 universities across the UK, Canada, Australia, the USA, and Dubai, we facilitate the successful placement of approximately 1500 students annually from Nigeria, Ghana, Pakistan, and the UK. We are seeking a motivated Senior Student Adviser to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.
Job Overview
The Senior Student Adviser will play a pivotal role in assisting prospective students from Nigeria with their applications and admissions to international universities. This role demands a deep understanding of overseas education systems, university requirements, and student counselling best practices, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and counselling to students on university selection, program choices, and admission procedures for UK, Canadian, American, Australian, and Dubai institutions.
Assist students with application document preparation, including essays, recommendation letters, and transcripts.
Manage student portfolios and track application progress, ensuring timely submission of all required materials.
Liaise with international university admissions departments to address student queries and facilitate the admission process.
Conduct information sessions and webinars for prospective students and their parents.
Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in international education and visa regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of student recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions counselling, or international education consultancy.
Proven track record of successfully advising and placing students in overseas universities.
Excellent understanding of the British, Canadian, American, Australian, and Dubai education systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
