Job Overview
The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems within the Regent School’s campus. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems, vital for the daily functioning of the school and the comfort of its students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on all plumbing systems to prevent potential problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide immediate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber.
- Proficiency in a wide range of plumbing techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and specifications.
