Job Overview

The Senior Security Engineer will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to protect Credit Direct Limited’s digital assets, customer data, and operational systems. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures and controls.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor security alerts and respond effectively to security incidents.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT and development teams on security best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security engineering.
  • Proven experience with network security, cloud security, and application security.
  • Strong understanding of encryption, authentication, and authorization protocols.
  • Proficiency in security incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
