Job Overview

As the Lead Cloud Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge application modernization strategies on AWS. You will translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native solutions for application modernization on AWS.
• Provide expert guidance on migrating legacy applications to cloud-based architectures.
• Define best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization within AWS environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging AWS services and industry trends in application modernization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cloud architecture, application development, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating workloads on AWS.
• Proven expertise in application modernization patterns (e.g., re-platforming, re-architecting, refactoring).
• Deep understanding of AWS services relevant to application development and modernization (e.g., EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
