Job Overview
As Senior Hardware Installation Engineer, you will serve as a critical technical liaison between our sales team and customers, ensuring seamless hardware deployment and system integration. You will manage complex installation projects, provide technical consultation, and maintain post-installation support across our Nigerian operations and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales technical assessments and site surveys for potential clients
- Develop comprehensive installation plans and technical specifications
- Oversee hardware installation, configuration, and testing procedures
- Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting
- Train client teams on equipment operation and maintenance
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of hardware installation experience in telecommunications
- Advanced knowledge of mobile network infrastructure
- Strong project management and organizational skills
