Job Overview

The Onsite Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Odixcity Consulting’s services. This role requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the B2B services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
