Job Overview

The Commercial Liaison Officer will act as the primary point of contact for tenants and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. This role is instrumental in supporting the commercial and leasing teams by managing day-to-day interactions and resolving operational queries to maintain a thriving mall environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between mall management and current tenants.
  • Facilitate communication regarding mall policies, promotions, and operational updates.
  • Address tenant concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolutions.
  • Assist in the coordination of tenant events and marketing initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from tenants to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and communication logs.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the retail or property management sector is a plus.
