Job Overview
The Sales Person will be instrumental in driving the collection of recyclable waste materials for Starich Recycling Technology Company Ltd across Nigeria. This role demands proactive engagement with potential suppliers, fostering strong relationships, and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and solicit potential sources of scrap PET bottles and iron for collection.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with waste generators, scrap dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize collection agreements and pricing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize collection strategies.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of materials according to company standards.
- Track and report on sales activities, collection volumes, and revenue generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field within Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
