Job Overview

The Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across Caul Group. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute, taking nascent ideas from departmental teams and transforming them into robust, deployed systems. You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on automation opportunities that may not yet be apparent, ensuring Caul Group remains a leader in technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for AI and automation within revenue-generating departments.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools and automated workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities across the organization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of revenue systems, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and integration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the application of AI and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in revenue systems management and AI/automation implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles and their practical applications in business.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and automation platforms is a plus.
  • Must be based in Latin America, with preference for candidates in Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
