Job Overview

The Program Support Intern will provide essential assistance to AfricaNenda’s program teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of various initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical insights into program management and implementation in the African context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of program activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management and data entry.
  • Support research and data collection efforts for program reporting and analysis.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of program materials and presentations.
  • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Policy, Business Administration, Communications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated interest in energy access and sustainable development.
