Job Overview

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving Zscaler’s sales success by providing deep technical expertise and consultative support to prospective and existing clients across the UK. You will be instrumental in articulating the value proposition of Zscaler’s innovative cloud security platform, addressing complex technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Understand customer business challenges and map Zscaler solutions to their needs.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cloud security architecture and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to partners and customers.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud computing, and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
