Job Overview

The Rig Supervisor III will oversee all daily drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This senior supervisory role requires extensive experience in onshore and offshore drilling environments, with proven capability to manage large teams and complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all rig operations and drilling activities
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules
• Lead and mentor rig personnel and contractors
• Generate comprehensive operational reports and documentation
• Conduct daily safety briefings and incident investigations

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ drilling supervision experience
• Valid BOSIET and RIGPASS certifications
• Advanced knowledge of drilling operations and well control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
