Job Overview
The Research Project Manager will oversee research activities supporting Malaria Consortium’s three major initiatives: SuNMaP, NetWorks, and MAPS. You will coordinate research design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives in technical support, capacity building, and health systems strengthening.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end research project execution and timelines
- Coordinate with Ministry of Health and partner organizations on research initiatives
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with research protocols
- Prepare technical reports and research documentation
- Support capacity building activities for research teams
- Liaise between stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience in health research
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with malaria control or infectious disease programs
