Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to elevate our user interfaces through sophisticated motion and animation design. You will be instrumental in crafting engaging and intuitive digital experiences that align with our brand and user-centric principles. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interface animations and motion graphics for web and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs, incorporating animation principles.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
• Create motion design storyboards and prototypes to effectively communicate design intent.
• Ensure motion design adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion and animation work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Lottie.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and UX best practices.
• Experience with creating interactive prototypes and motion design specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
