Job Overview

The Inventory/Store Officer will be responsible for the efficient management and control of all stock within Luxsit Integration Limited. This role is critical to ensuring timely project completion and customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using established systems.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
• Organize and manage warehouse stock, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Process outgoing inventory requests and ensure timely dispatch for projects.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to reorder needs.
• Ensure the security and condition of all inventory items.
• Assist in the management of suppliers and vendors related to inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar storekeeping role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
