Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at InEvent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across our cutting-edge event technology platform. You will translate complex business needs into elegant, user-centric designs that delight our B2B clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
