Job Overview

The Remote Program & Community Manager will be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant and supportive online community for UstackSchool students. This role involves managing and nurturing our learner communities, facilitating engagement, and ensuring a seamless and enriching program experience. You will act as a central point of contact, bridging the gap between our students and the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong sense of community among UstackSchool learners.
• Moderate online forums, discussion groups, and social media channels, encouraging constructive dialogue and peer-to-peer support.
• Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, and workshops to enhance learner engagement and program participation.
• Act as a liaison between students and UstackSchool staff, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
• Gather feedback from the community to identify areas for improvement in programs and services.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics and key performance indicators.
