EY GDS Poland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager (Germany) to join our integrated service delivery center network. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operational support for our Germany-based teams, fostering strong partnerships with functional leaders to align with their strategic objectives and drive operational excellence. Job Overview

The Operations Manager (Germany) will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and strategic alignment of support services for EY Germany. This includes developing and implementing efficient processes, managing resources effectively, and proactively addressing operational challenges to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with functional leaders within EY Germany.
  • Ensure functional priorities are understood and effectively supported by operational initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Manage and allocate resources to meet operational demands and strategic goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve service level agreements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between operational teams and stakeholders in Germany.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
  • Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
