Role Overview

As a Remote Product Auditor at Moniepoint Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the systems that power financial transactions. You will provide independent assurance that all products are secure, scalable, and built with strong financial and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Product Design and Assurance

• Review the lifecycle of payment products including wallets, card processing, and settlement systems
• Ensure strong financial and security controls are embedded from the design stage

Go Live Validation

• Perform final checks before product launches
• Validate environment segregation and confirm reconciliation processes are accurate and reliable

Settlement Monitoring

• Track the end to end flow of funds across internal systems, partner banks, and payment networks
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled

Infrastructure and Access Control

• Assess access to production environments
• Review identity and access management controls and identify infrastructure risks

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure alignment with industry standards such as PCI DSS
• Maintain compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements

Incident Analysis

• Lead post incident reviews to identify root causes
• Recommend preventive measures to improve system resilience

Reporting and Insights

• Deliver clear, data driven reports to executive leadership and audit committees
• Maintain and update the product risk register

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Product Auditor at Moniepoint Inc., you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis within financial services or a top consulting firm
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Solid understanding of revenue assurance and internal audit processes
• Practical experience with generative AI tools for analysis and automation
