Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Remote Backend Engineering Team Lead to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of backend engineers. You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of our core backend services, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture within a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.
  • Oversee code reviews, architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver features.
