Job Overview

The Relationship Officer will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This role involves understanding client needs, promoting our loan products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact, building trust and loyalty to drive customer retention and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and explain Credit Direct’s loan products.
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant financial products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of loan products and the lending process.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technological tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
