Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager/Regional Channel Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing robust sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving ambitious sales targets across assigned territories in Nigeria. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and channel management within the fast-paced mobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key channel partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and visibility within the sales channels.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the mobile telecommunications sector.
  • Proven success in channel sales and partner management.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
