Job Overview
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting effective interviews, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, all while aligning with EKO Maintenance Limited’s strategic goals and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company.
Manage job postings on relevant platforms and professional networks.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
