R & R Recruitment Services is seeking to onboard six talented individuals to join our team in Lagos. These roles span various essential functions within our organization, each contributing to our commitment to excellence in recruitment and client services. ## Key Responsibilities

As a member of the R & R Recruitment Services team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities depending on your specific role. These will include, but are not limited to:

* **Cake Decorator:** Creatively design and meticulously execute decorative elements on cakes and pastries, ensuring aesthetic appeal and adherence to client specifications and brand standards.
* **Pastry Baker:** Prepare a diverse range of high-quality baked goods, including cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts, adhering to established recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
* **Bakery Assistant:** Provide comprehensive support to the baking team, assisting with ingredient preparation, dough mixing, oven operations, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
* **Customer Service Representative:** Engage with clients and candidates in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* **Admin Support Personnel:** Provide essential administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with general office operations to ensure efficiency.
* **Recovery Officer:** Proactively manage and resolve outstanding client accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
* Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in all aspects of your role.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

## Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* Proven experience and demonstrable skills relevant to the specific position applied for (e.g., culinary expertise for bakery roles, customer service experience for representative roles, administrative proficiency for support roles, and negotiation/collection skills for recovery roles).
* A strong understanding of best practices within your respective field.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
