Job Overview

The Quality Control Officer will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and quality of IFGREEN’s agricultural products and processed goods. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to implement and uphold stringent quality control protocols throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of production and processing.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Analyze test results and identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Document all quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for traceability and audit purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within the agricultural or food processing industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
