Job Overview
The Quality Control Officer will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and quality of IFGREEN’s agricultural products and processed goods. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to implement and uphold stringent quality control protocols throughout the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of production and processing.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Analyze test results and identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Document all quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for traceability and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the agricultural or food processing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
