Job Overview

The Project Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects within AMECRON Nigeria Limited. This position requires meticulous organization, effective communication, and a proactive approach to managing project tasks and timelines. The ideal candidate will contribute to project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the Project Manager in all project-related administrative functions.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
