Job Overview

The Program Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our recruitment programs and CV data bank management initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex projects, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence within our service delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic recruitment and data management programs.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operational workflows to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of CV data bank management and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
